Claims Training

All levels of technical and soft skill training are available. If training is part of the improvement recommendation, International Insurance Institute can provide training to facilitate improvement. This ranges from courses already developed by International Insurance Institute and offered through the Insurance Educational Association, to specialized training developed specifically for the customer. This can range from one-on-one training to full classroom style workshops to on-line video courses.
