Carl Van is the master of conversation! He takes the “claims
hammer” out of an adjuster`s hand before a relationship is
damaged beyond repair, suggesting more empathetic tools to successfully
navigate the tensest of situations. He is coach and therapist combined,
and all claims people will benefit from his “first, do no
harm” philosophy.

This book says it all… it
reminds us that successful adjusters seek cooperation in their negotiations
through a high degree of empathy and careful listening, and by staying
away from the “Claims Hammer.”
