RETURN PROCEDURES A Return Authorization will be generated and returned to the customer by fax. This RA will list the appropriate “SHIP TO” address according to the type of merchandise being returned. Any returns sent to any other location WILL be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. A copy of the RA is to be included with the shipment. Shipping charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be prepaid on the replacement product sent to the customer. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding Return Authorizations.
